guests, staff, and community. We look forward to working with our prospective clients to evaluate
each situation, based on current public health guidelines, and to determine if we can execute your
event responsibly & comfortably. Some of our preliminary guidelines for event safety are:

• Temperature checks & symptom self-screening for all staff (mandatory)
• Temperature checks for event guests (optional based on client wishes)
• Strict adherence to mask, social distancing, and capacity policies for everyone on-site
• Sanitizing & handwashing stations
• Frequent disinfecting of high contact surfaces
• Health & Safety Captain at event to maintain and oversee safety protocols
• Delineated roles for staff to ensure limited and only necessary contact with food & equipment (e.g., only one person wraps
silverware)
• Guests assigned to a group of servers and kitchen staff to limit exposure and enable contact tracing (for sit down service)
• Covered plates, covered passed hors d’oeuvres trays
• Plexiglass barriers may be used in select areas to limit contact between people or to protect food
